AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO
PURCHASE ONE CHAIN SAW AND APPROPRIATE A SUM NOT TO EX-
CEED $300.00 OUT OF THE GARBAGE PLANT 00 CONSTRUCTION
FUND, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby requested
to purchase one Chain Saw to be used in the Sanitation Department. The
purchase price not to exceed Three Hundred(8300.00) Dollars.
SECTION 20 The sum of Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars is hereby
appropriated out of the Garbage Plant Construction Fund to pay for one
Chain Saw.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
