AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS
TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS AND PURCHASE ONE ELECTRIC TYPEWRITER FOR
USE IN THE CITY CLERKIS OFFICE AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $450.00; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs of the City of Little
Rock is hereby authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and
purchase one electric typewriter for use in the office of the City Clerk.
The cost of said typewriter shall not exceed the sum of Four Hundred and
Fifty Dollars ($450-00).
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
