AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE REPAIR PARTS
FOR TRACTOR AND MOWING EQUIPMENT FOR USE OF THE LITTLE ROCK
PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $1,000.00,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS s
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is
hereby authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and
purchase repair parts for tractor and moving equipment for use
of the Little Rock Parks and Recreation Department,
SECTION 2. That the cost of said repair parts shall
not exceed the state of dne Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby pealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and 4r ect from and after its passage and approval.
