AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $500.00 FROM THE HIGHWAY CON-
STRUCTION FUND; $5,153.06 FROM THE PARK DEVELOPMENT FUND; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $500.00
from the Highway Construction Fund, and $5,153.06 from the Park
Development Fund, for payment of the following, to -wit:
HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION FUND:

PARK DEVELOPMENT FUND:

SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to issue the City's warrants to the parties named, in the amounts men-
tioned and drawn upon the funds as noted in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
