AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING A SUM NOT TO EXCEED
$1,220.00 TO PAY FOR ONE AUTOMOBILE WITH TRADE -
IN FOR USE BY THE ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PURCHASED BY
ORDINANCE NO. 10428, PASSED JANUARY 21, 1957s
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That a sum not to exceed One Thousand
Two Hundred Twenty Dollars ($1,220.00) is hereby appro-
priated to pay for one automobile with trade -in for use
by the Electric Department of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, purchased by Ordinance No. 10428, passed
January 21, 1957•
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the Cityf.s warrant in a
sum not to exceed One Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Dollars
($1,220.00) for said automobile.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordi-
nance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
