ORDINANCE NO. 10 :451
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF EIGHT THOUSAND,
THREE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY DOLLARS ($8,370) TO PAY FOR
RADIOS TO BE PURCHASED FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AtM A$ SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE NO.
109434, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Eight Thousand, Three Hundred
and Seventy Dollars ($8,370) is hereby appropriated to pay for
radios to be purchased for the Police Department of the City of
Little Rock, as set forth in Ordinance No, 10,434.
SECTION 2. Ihat all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
