AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF SEVEN HUNDRED AND
THIRTY -ONE DOLLARS AND EIGHTY -NINE CENTS ($731.89( TO
PAY MEDICAL EXPENSES OF OFFICER JOHN L. BALDWIN, WHO
WAS INJURED ON DUTY WHILE WORKING FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Seven Hundred, Thirty -One
Dollars and Eighty -Nine cents ($731.89) is hereby appropriated
to pay for the medical expenses of John L. Baldwin, a Police
Officer of the City of Little Rock, who was injured while on
duty for the City.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
