AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1,428.40 TO PAY
'WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC SUPPLY COMPANY FOR TRAFFIC LIGHTS,
AND EQUIPMENT, FOR USE BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PURCHASED BY ORDINANCE
NO. 10325, PASSED OCTOBER 8, 1956 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
1.
SECTION 1. That the sum of one thousand four hundred twenty -eight
dollars and forty cents ($1.,428.40)., is hereby appropriated to pay
Westinghouse Electric Supply Company for traffic lights and equipment
for use by the Police Department of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,9
purchased by Ordinance No. 10325, passed October 8, 1956.

SECTION 29 That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to issue the City's warrant in the sum of one thousand four
hundred twenty -eight dollars and forty cents ($1428.40) for said
traffic lights and equipment.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approvals
