AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO PURCHASE ONE TRACTOR WITH MOWING MACHINE ATTACH-
MENT FOR USE IN THE WEED CUTTING DIVISION, AND APPROPRIATE
THE SUM OF $23000.00 OUT OF THE GENERAL FUND, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, The Board of Public Affairs is hereby requested to
purchase one tractor with mowing machine attachment for use in the Weed
Cutting Divisions The purchase price not to exceed Two Thousand ($2,000.00)
Dollars.
SECTION 2. The sum of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars is hereby
appropriated out of the general fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
