AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $500.00,FROM THE HIGHWAY CONSTRUC-
TION FUND; $39728.43 FROM THE FIRE`DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION
FUND; $132.27 FROM THE GARBAGE PLANT CONSTRUCTION FUND; AND
$4,256.26 FROM THE PARK DEVELOPMENT FUND; AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $500.00
ftom the Highway Construction Fund, $3,728.43 from the Fire Department
Construction Fund, $132.27 from the Garbage Plant Construction Fund,
and $4,256.26 from the Park Development Fund, for payment of the follow-
ing to -wit:

SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to issue the City's Warrants to the parties named, in the amounts
mentioned and drawn upon the funds as noted in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
