AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIVE HUNDRED,
SEVENTY -THREE DOLLARS AND TWENTY -FOUR CENTS (-$573.24)
TO PAY THE ARKANSAS EQUIPMENT COMPANY, INC. FOR
MACHINERY PURCHASED FROM IT FOR USE OF THE SANITATION
DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
EE' IT :ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of $573.24 is hereby appropriated
to pay the Arkansas Equipment Company, Inc. for the following
machinery purchased from it for use of the Sanitation Depart-
ment of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
