10469I. r + • ORDINANCE NO. 10,469 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF SIX HUNDRED AND TWENTY -SIX DOLLARS AND SEVENTY CENTS ($626.70) TO SETTLE THE CLAIM OF R. L. ROSS FOR DAMAGES TO HIS CAR, HIS PERSON, AND MEDICAL EXPENSES INCURRED BY HIM, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That the sum of Six Hundred and Twenty -six Dollars and Seventy Cents ($626.70) is hereby appropriated to settle the claim of R. L. Ross against the City of Little Rock for damages resulting to his car and his person, and all medical expenses in- curred by him. SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are directed to issue the City's warrant in the sum of $626.70 to R. L. Ross and his attorney Wesley Wood, for full release of the City and the City's employee involved in the accident from any and all property damage, personal injuries and medical expenses incurred by him as the result of an accident that happened October 24, 1956, when R. L. Ross's car was struck by a car driven by a City employee. SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
