AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $2,700.00 TO PAY
FRED ROGERS AND COMPANY FOR AUDITING THE BOOKS AND RECORDS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR THE YEAR 1956; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum
of Two Thousand Seven Hundred ($2,704.00) Dollars to pay Fred
Rogers for auditing the books and records of the City of Little
Rock for the year 1956.
SECTION 2. Than the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the City's warrant in the sum of
$2,700.00, payable to Fred Rogers and Company for said audit.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
