AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $500.00 FROM THE HIGHWAY CON-
STRUCTION FUND; $28.50 FROM THE PARK DEVELOPMENT FUND;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of
$500.00 from the Highway Construction Fund, and $28.50 from the
Park Development Fund, for payment of the following, to -wit:
HIGHWAY COffiSTRUCTION FUND:
Mark G. Garver $ 500.00
PARK DEVELOPMENT FUND:
Southland Building Products $ 28.59
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the cityts warrants to the parties named, in
the amounts mentioned and drawn upon the funds as noted in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
