AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND P UR-
CriASE ONE (1) AUTOi OBILE WITH A TRADE -IN OF X -24, A
1949 FORD, FOR USE OF THE STREET DEPARTMENT, AT A COST
NOT TO EXCEED TWELVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1200.00), AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and
purchase one (1) automobile with a trade -in of X -24, a 1949
Ford, for use in the Street Department of the City of Little
Rock, at a cost not to exceed Twelve Hundred Dollars ($1200).
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
