AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVEriTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND LET
A CONTRACT TO HAZE PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST HALF
(i2) OF TOTS 23 & 24, BLOCK 3, HARRINGTON INDUSTAIAL
ADDITION, WHICH ADDRESS IS 2603 EAST SEVENTH STREET,
LITTLE ttOCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and
contract for the razing of property located on the East half
of lots 23 & 24, Block 3, Harrington industrial Addition to the
City of Little Rock which is also described as 2603 East 7th
Street, Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
