AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO EMPLOY A REAL ESTATE APPRAISER ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR THE PURPOSE OF
APPRAISING THE LITTLE ROCK CITY HOSPITAL BUILDING

SCHOOL, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That The Board Of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to employ a real estate appraiser
on behalf of the City Council of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas for the purpose of appraising the value of the
Little Rock City Hospital building which was formerly leased
to the University of Arkansas Medical School.
SECTION 2. That said appraiser shall appraise said
building from the following stand points:
(1) The present value of the building,
(2) The marketable value of the building if the highway
leading to the third (3rd) bridge is built in front of the
hospital according to present highway plans,
(3) The value of the building if the highway is built
east and in back of the hospital building as provided ,
for in the planning of the Nietroplan Commission.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
