AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT THREE (3), BLOCK TWO (2)
AND LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2), THREE (3), FOUR (4), FIVE (5),
AND TEN (10), BLOCK ONE (1), WEST ROCK ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420
AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL—OF—THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be, and it is hereby, changed from "B" Residence District to "F" Com-
mercial District: Southwest corner of River Road and Cantrell Road,
being lot three (3), block two (2) and lots one (1), two (2), three
(3), four (4), five (5), and ten (10), block one (1), West Rock Ad-
dition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance No. 5420 as
amended and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled "District
Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
