AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF FEES ON ALL SUBDIVISION
PLATS FILED WITH THE LITTLE ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION; REPEALING
ORDINANCE ;,9124; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY TO EXIST; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That at the time of filing an application with the
Little Rock Planning Commission requesting consideration of a subdi-
vision plat, the subdivider shall pay to the City Collector of the City
fees according to the following schedule:
A. On application for approval of a preliminary plat, $10.00
Plus 50¢ per lot less than one acre, plus 50¢ per acre for all lots or
parcels greater than one acre in size.
B. On application for extension of a preliminary plat approval,
$5.00 for each one year period for which the extension is requested.
C. On application for approval of a final plat, $10.00 plus 50¢
per lot less than one acre, plus 50¢ per acre for all lots or parcels
greater than one acre in size.
D. On application for approval of a plat constituting a replat
of land into two or more lots all of which will be served by an existing
street or streets, $5.00 plus $1.00 per lot.
E. No fees shall be charged for the inclusion of parcels of land
to be dedicated to the public.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 9124 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
