APPROPRIATING AN ADDITIONAL. SUIT, OF SIXTY -
ONE DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS (61.50) FOR
THE P UL3CnASE OF AN AUTO, IT FOR W USE
IN THE ENGINEERING DEPART[SiENT, KITH TRADE -
IN OF X -111, 1949 FORD;-AND FOR OTHER- - PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 10,526 is hereby
appropriating
amended/#3m an additional sum of sixty -one dollars and fifty cents
(:x61.50) for the purchase of one (1) automobile for use in the
Engineering Department, with trade -in, is -111, 1949 Ford.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
