AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FOUR HUNDRED NINETY
THREE DOLLARS AND SIXTY SEVEN CENTS ($493.67) TO PAY THE
FIRST NATIONAL BANS IN LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS FOR ZMMFJW FISCAL FEE
DUE ON FIVE STREET.PAYROLL WARRANTS WHICH WERE HELD BY THE
BANK FROM JANUARY 18 1957 TO MAY 22, 1957, AS AUTHORIZED
BY ORDINANCE NO. lOp421 PASSED JANUARY 219 19570
Whereas, revenues for the Street Department for the
first five months of each year are insufficient to cover ea-
penditures,and
Whereas, the First National Bank in Little Rock agreed
to hold Street Department payrolls as requested by the City
during this five month period at a rate of 4% interest, and
did hold five such warrants,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $493.67 out of
the General Fund to pay the First National Bank in Little
Rock for/)nAXW@it due on five payroll warrants.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this Ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
