AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING
THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO TAKE
BIDS AND CONTRACT FOR THE 5,MWVAWC%XXf MAINTENANCE OF
POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENT RADIO E QUIPMENT
DURING THE PERIOD JUNE 15 THROUGH 30, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to take bids for and contract for the
maintenance
�XXM /of Police and Fire Department radio equipment during
the period June 15 through 30.
SECTION Z. That all ordinances and parts of ordinance in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
