ORDINANCE NO. 10,580
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1299600.00
FROM THE AUT011 AND ROAD FUND FOR RESURFACING APPROX.-
IMATELY 160 BLOCKS IN THE 1957 RESURFACING PROGRAM"
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
One Hundred Twenty -Nine Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($129,600.00)
to pay for the resurfacing of approximately 160 City blocks in
the 1957 Resurfacing Program.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the Cityts warrant in the sun of
$129,600.00, to be paid from the Auto and Road Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
