ORDINANCE NO. 10,581
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 101,503 AND
APPROPRIATING AN ADDITIONAL SUM OF TWO HUNDRED
EIGHT DOLLARS AND THIRTY -SIX CENTS ($208.36)
FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN AUTOMOBILE FOR THE USE
IN THE STREET DEPARTMENT, WITH TRADE -IN OF
X -24, 1949 FORD; AMID FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 10,503 is hereby
amended for an additional sum of Two Hundred Eight Dollars and
Thirty -six Cents ($208.36) for the purchase of one (1) automobile
for use in the Street Depar*ent, with trade -in, X -24, 1949 Ford.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
