AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND
PURCHASE THE NECESSARY NUMBER OF DIRECTIONAL SIGNALS
FOR VARIOUS TRUCKS AND PIECES OF EQUIPMENT FOR THE
STREET DEPARTMENT AS REQUIRED BY STATE LAW FOR A
SUM NOT TO EXCEED EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS ($800.00),
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby author:;zed
and requested to advertiee, take bids for, and purchase the necessary
number of directional signals for various trucks and pieces of
equipment for the Street Department as required by State Law for a
sum not to exceed Eight Hundred Dollars ($800.00).
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
