ORDINANCE NO. 10,583
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AMID REQUESTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE
BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE ONE (1) GREENSMOWER
FOR THE GOLF COURSE FOR A SUM OF MONEY NOT
TO EXCEED THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS
($350.00), AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs.is hereby
authorized ands ~requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
one (1) Greensmower for the Golf Course for a sum of money not to
exceed Three Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($350.00).
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinances shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
