AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING A SUM NOT TO EXCEED TWO HUNDRED ($200.00)
DOLLARS TO PAY THE KKMSES OF REPRESENTATIVE OF HEALTH DEPARTMENT
TO ATTEND THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE AMERICAN PUBLIC HEALTH ASSOCIA-
TION TO BE HELD IN CLEVELAND, OHIO, NOVE6M Q THROUGH NOVEMBER i5s

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That a sum not to exceed Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars is hereby

aiarlaed to pay the expenses of a representative of the Health Department
to attend the Annual Meeting of the American Public Health Association to be
held in Cleveland, Ohio, November 9 through November 15, 1957. It is required
that local plans be presented at the Cleveland meeting to the Governing Council
and the Executive Committee for the Southern Branch meeting of the A,P.H.A.
(16 Southern States and Washington, D.C.) to be held in Little Rock, Arkansas,

SECTION 2'. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to issue the City's warrant in a sum not to exceed Two Hundred ($200.00)
Dollars for said expenses of a representative.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here -
with are hereby repealed, and this ordinance tthall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
