AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKM SAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING
ORDINANCE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKM SAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be,
and they are hereby, changed as indicated=
Tract 1 -A Property in the vicinity of Wright Avenue between Wolfe Street
and Summit Avenue, being lots ten (10), eleven (11), twenty -six (26), twenty -
seven (27), twenty -eight (28) and twenty -nine (29), block forty -two (42),
Centennial Addition, the north one hundred thirty -seven and one -half (137 1/2)
feet of the east one -half of block two (2), Moore and Penzel Addition; from "C"
Two - family District to "F" Commercial District.
Tract 1 -B Property at the SW corner of Bishop and West 28th Streets,
being lots eleven (11) and twelve (12), block twenty -two (22), Braddock's
Boulevard Addition; from "B" Residence District to "C" Two - family District,
Tract 1 -C Property at the NE corner of West 14th and Cedar Streets,
being lot seven (7), block six (6), W. B. Worthen's Addition; from "B" Be si-
dence District to "C" Two - family District.
Tract 1 -D Property at the SE corner of Battery and West 10th Streets,
being the west one hundred feet (100) of lots one (1) and two (2), block
thirteen (13), Marshall and Wolfe's Addition; from "C" Two - family District
to "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 51+20 as
amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled "District Map"
be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
