ORDINANCE NO. 10,651
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $500.00 FROM THE HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION
FUND; AND $83.14 FROM THE FIRE DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $500.00
from the Highway Construction Fund, and $83.14 from the Fire Department
Construction Fund, for payment of the following, to-wit:
HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Mark G. Garver $ 500.00
FIRE DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Fones Brothers Hardware Co. 15.66
Scott Lumber Company 29.59
Treadway Electric Company 37.89
$ 83.14
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the City's warrants to the parties named, in the
amounts mentioned and drawn upon the funds as noted in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
