AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 10013 ESTABLISHING
THE SALARIES OF CERTAIN EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Assistant Executive Secretary in the City
Clerk's Office has assumed the duties and responsibilities of the
former Executive Secretary and Acting Finance Officer as established
under Ordinance No. 10,313, and
WHEREAS, this employee has further assumed the duties and
responsibilities of the City Clerk in his four months' absence due
to illness;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 10,313 is
hereby amended and the title of Executive Secretary to City Clerk
(Acting Finance Officer), is hereby deleted and the title of
Assistant Executive Secretary to City Clerk (Acting Finance Officer)
be substituted in lieu thereof.
SECTION 2. That said employee shall be paid in accordance
with the terms as set out in Ordinance No. 10,313 and Ordinance
No. 9+36 establishing other City Employees salaries.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be
in force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
