AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE ON eHN STREET
FROM THE WEST LINE OF HAYES STREET TO THE EAST LINE
OF MISSISSIPPI STREET (AVENUE) AND ON MELLON STREET
FROM THE NORTH LINE OF eHe STREET TO THE SOUTH LINE
OF "10 STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. That the grade of "He Street from the west
line of Hayes Street to the east line of Mississippi Street (Avenue)
and that the grade of Mellon Street from the North line of "H"
Street to the South line of "Ka Street be and the same is hereby
established as shown on the changed plans of Street Improvement
District No. 614 and Curb and Gutter Improvement District No. 615
now on file in the office of the City Engineer.
SECTION 29 That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
