ORDINANCE NO. 10,640
AN ORDINANCE ABOLISHING CURB AND GUTTER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT N0, 617 OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, the duly elected Commissioners of Curb and Gutter
Improvement District No. 617 of Little Rock, Arkansas have reported
that the cost of the improvements planned Will be more than 60 percent
of the value of the real property in the district as shown by the last
county assessment, that this district has been abandoned, that all
expenses incurred have been accounted for, and further requests that
the ordinance creating this district be repealed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Council of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 10605 creating this district is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and will be in force
from and after its passage.
