AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS
TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE ANTI - FREEZE IN THE AMOUNT
OF SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS ($ X100.00) FOR USE IN CITY- OWNED EQUIPMENT,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
By IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
Section 1. That the Board of Public Affairs
is hereby requested and authorized to advertise, take bids for,
and purchase anti-freeze up to the amount of $ 700.00 for City-
owned equipment.
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and that the
ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
passage and approval.
