AN ORDINANCE ,AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND SELL
CERTAIN TIMBER IN THE PARKS, AND FOR OTHER. PURPOSES.
BE IT CIMINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and requested to advertise, take bids for and sell certain timber
in the parks as part of the selective thinning program.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
