AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE AND SELL CERTAIN EQUIPMENT IN THE OLD CITY
HOSPITAL BUILDINGS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs
is hereby authorized and requested to advertise and sell 64rtain
equipment in the Old City Hospital Buildings.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
