AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF PARKING
.METERS ON ASHLEY STREET ON THE EAST SIDE FROM THE UNDER-
PASS TO THE END OF THE STREET, AND ON THE WEST SIDE FROM
MARKHAM STREET NORTH TO THE END OF THE STREET; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. It is hereby authorized that Parking Meters
be installed on Ashley Street on the East side from the underpass
to the end of the Street, and on the West side from Markham Street
North to the end of the Street. These meters are to be enforced
between the hours of 9 :00 A.M. and 5 :00 P.M., except on Sundays
and Legal holidays.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
