AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
CONVEY BY QUIT CLAIM DEED A PART OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1, ADAMS'
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO JAMES E. HOPSON, JR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
WTZON 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute a quit claim deed to James E. Hopson, Jr. , for the following described pro-
perty located in Pulaski County, Arkansas, to -wit:
Part of Lot 1, Block 4, Adams Addition to the City of Little stock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Begin at a
point 5 feet South of the NW corner of Lot 2, Block 4, Adams Addition,
thence North 79 degrees 53 minutes East 67.7 feet to the West edge of
existing building and the point of beginning, thence North 1.42 feet along
° West edge of said building, thence East 7.32 feet along North edge of
said building, thence South 79 degrees 53 minutes West 7.45 feet to the
point of beginning;
for the consideration of ONE DOLLARS ($1.0 0) .
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
