AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE
BIDS FOR AND AWARD A CONTRACT FOR THE RE-
MOVAL OF SAND FROM THE REBA►M PARK GOLF
COURSE, APPROPRIATING ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS
($1000.00) FOR THIS WORK, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and requested to advertise,'take bids for and award a contract
for the removal ,of sand, caused by the recent flood, from the
RebsemamPark Golf Course not to exceed One Thousand Dollars
($1000.00)
SECTION 2. The sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the General Fund for this purposes.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
