DAIRY DIVISION OF 21B CITY HEALTH WAR KENT OF THE
CITY OF LITTIE ROCK, AT A CaM NOr TO EXCEED FOUR HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($400.00); AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT Q=JfiED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF LITTLB ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
one (1) hot air sterilizer for the use of the Milk and Dairy,

Division of the City Health Department of the City. of *ttle Rocky
at a cost not to exceed Four hundred dollars ($400.00 ),,

SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts bf ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinanos shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
