AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO TAKE BIDS AND
CONTRACT FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF POLICE AND
FIRE DEPARTMENT RADIO EQUIPMENT, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby

authorized and directed to take bids for and contract for the

maintenance of Police and Sire aepartemnt radio equipment.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
