AN MVINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ADVERTISE, 'SAKE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE
CERTAIN SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR USE IN AND BY
THE STREET DEPARTMENT, FINANCE OFFICE, MUNICIPAL
COURT, THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
