AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
TO AD�'^RTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE MATERIALS AND
LABOR FOR THE REPAIR OF THE TRACK ASSEMBLY ON X-120 -
LORAINE DRAGLINE;xA= IN STERET
DEPARTMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to advertise, take bids for and purchase materials
and labor for the repair of the track assembly on X -120-
Loraire Dragline, in the Strut Departmert.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and p ,-rts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repeale ". a.ad this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect frcm and after its passage
