T411IREAS, it appears that John C.Joyner, heretofore appointed
as a Commissioner of Street Improvement District No. 591 of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has subsequently resigned, causing
a vacancy on the Board of Commissioners of said Street Improvement
Di ,strict No. 591:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TIE BOARD OF DIR ACTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTL-] ROCK, An1uIN�'AS
SECTION L. That Charles D.Davis, 1412 South Pierce Street,
Little Rock, Arkansas, be and he is hereby appointed as a Commissioner
of Street Improvement District No. 591 of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, in the place and stead of John C.Joyner.
SECTION 2. That this•Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
