ORDINANCE NO. 10,764
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED,
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the following
properties be and they are hereby, changed as indicated:
Tract 5 -A Property at the northwest corner of West 12th and
Monroe Streets; being lots four (4), five (5), and six (6) of block
twenty -seven (27) of Cunningham's Addition; from "B" Residence
District to "F" Commercial District.
Tract 5 -B Property on the west side of State Street between
West 14th and West 15th Streets; being lots seven (7) through
twelve (12) of block two hundred thirty -four (234) of the Original
City of Little Rock; from "C" Two- family District to "F" Commercial
District.
Tract 5 -C Property at the southeast corner of Lee Avenue
and Hayes Street; being the north 266 feet of the west 160 feet
of block sixteen (16) of Howard Adams Subdivision; from "B"
Residence District to "D" Apartment District.
Tract 5 -D Property at the southeast corner of Ferry Street
and East Capitol Avenue; being lots one (1) and two (2) of block
four (4) of Stevenson's Addition; from "D" Apartment District
to "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof
entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage and approval.
