r� BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RACK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 5 of the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, being ordi-
nance No. 5420 as amended, is hereby amended to read as followss
SECTION 5, USE REGULATIONS

° used and no building shall be hereafter erected, converted or structurally altered,

o unless otherwise provided in this ordinance, except for one of the following uses:
u U (1) Any use permitted in the "C" Two - family District.

0 (4) Hotels, in which business may be conducted for the convenience of

the occupants of the building, provided however, there shall be no
display of stock or goods for sale so arranged that it can be
viewed from the outside of the building.
(5) Libraries and Museums.
(6) Hospitals and clinics, excepting Veterinary Hospitals and clinics.
(7) Accessory buildings and uses customarily incident to any of the
above uses when located on the same lot and not involving the con-
duct of business or containing kitchen facilities, including private
and storage garages when located not less than sixty (60)feet from
the front line, or a private or storage garage constructed as a part
of the main building.
(8) Name -plate not exceeding one (1) square foot in area, signs not ex-
ceeding eight (8) square feet in area appertaining to the lease,
hire or sale of a building or promises*
(9) Doctor's and other professional offices.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance sisall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage and approval.
