AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
W14AGER TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PURCW.SE
ONE (1) AERIFIER FOR USE AT WAR MEMORIAL PARK
GOLF COURSE, ONE (1) GOLF GREEN MOWER FOR USE AT
WAR MEMORIAL PARK GOLF COURSE AND ONE HUNDRED
TWENTY GALLONS OF PAINT FOR USE AT THE CURRAN
CONWAY SWIMMING POOL; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARWI SAaS :
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to advertise, take bids for and purchase the following
items:
One (1) Aerifier for use
One (1) Golf Green Mower
Golf Course
Oue Hundred Twenty (120)
Curran Conway Swimming
SECTION 2. All oYdinanc,
at War Memorial Fark Golf Course
for use at the War Memorial Park
gallons of paint for use at the
Pool.
as and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
