AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11 OF ORDINANCE NO. 90069
SAME BEING "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
CREATING A BASIC COMPENSATION PLAN FOR MUNICIPAL EMPLOYMENT;
FIXING THE CLASSIFICATION, SALARY AND NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES OF
THE VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY TO EXIST; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES," and FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 11 of Ordinance No. 9006, same being "An
Ordinance of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, creating a basic
compensation plan for municipal employment; fixing the classification,
salary and number of employees of the various departments of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, repealing all Ordinances in conflict
herewith; declaring an emergency to exist; and for other purposes"
is hereby amended so as to provide in addition to all other provisions
three (3) matvons Anstead of two (2) in Class Number 17 at a
minimum salary of $170.00 and maximum salary of $190.00 monthly.
SECTION 2. The provisions of this Ordinance shall be retro-
active as of February 1, 1958.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
