LN ORDINANCE CREATING THE OFFICE OF DIRECTOR OF
FIW14CE; PROVIDING FOR THE ANNUAL SALARY THEREOF
AND APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS
($9,000.00) FOR THE SAIJRY OF SAID OFFICE FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1753; PRESCRIBING THE DUTIES OF SAID
OFFICE; M FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, !:- .P.r4ySI=.S :
SECTION 1. There is hereby created the office of Director
of Finance tine duties of which shall be such as is now or
may hereafter Le presecribed by law. Said Director of Finance
shall be entitled to receive as compensation an annual salary
not to exceed Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,30.00).
SECTION 2. Ttlere is hereby appropriated the sum of
Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000.00) as salary for said Director:
of Fiance for the fiscal year 1950.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict nerewitn are hereby repealed and this ord- finance shall
be in full force a.d effect from and after its passage and
approval.
