AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE NORTH -
WESTERN TRAFFIC INSTITUTE AND INTERNA.TIOWd. ASSOCI-
ATION OF CHIEFS OF POLICE FOR A COMPREHENSIVE STUDY
AND PREPARATION OF A REORGANIZATION PLAN FOR THE
CITY TRAFFIC BUREM; AND APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($1,150.00)
FOR SAID COMPREHENSIVE STUDY AND PREPARATION; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOAP.D OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, tT,&.NSAS :
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to enter into a Contract for and in behalf of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, with the Northwestern Traffic
Institute and International Association, of Chiefs of Police
for a comprehensive study and preparation of a reorganization
plan for tie City Traffic Bureau.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated the sum of
One Thousand One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1,150.00) for the said
comprehensive study and preparation of a reorganization plan
for the City Traffic Bureau to be paid to the Northwestern
Traffic Institute and International lt.ssociation of Chiefs of
Police.
SECTION 3. All ordii:zances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
