CONSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT, USE, MF` -,INTENANCE, L-m
OPERATION AND FOSTERING OF OFF - STREET PARKING FACI-
LITIES, CREATING A MUNICIPAL PARKING .[AUTHORITY,
PROVIDING THE TERMS OF OFFICE THEREOF, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES "; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, r"y AA1NStS :
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 3032 same teing, "A.-n Ordinance
to provide for the planning, designing, location, financing,
acquisition of property for, construction, equipment, use,
maintenance and operation and fostering of off-street parking
facilities, creating a municipal parking authority, providing
the terms of office thereof, and for other purposes," is here-
by repealed.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
